2. Use of Service

Kuento provides AI-generated children stories. Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account. The service is intended for parents and guardians to create stories for their children.

3. Content Guidelines

All generated content is filtered through our safety systems to ensure age-appropriate material. Users agree not to attempt to bypass these safety measures.

4. Intellectual Property

Stories generated through Kuento are licensed to the user for personal, non-commercial use. The Kuento platform and its original content remain the property of Kuento.

5. Limitation of Liability

Kuento shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
